New “Life Event” Features
We’ve made two significant enhancements to the way EZLynx helps you manage clients through life events.
- In situations like divorce or when a child will no longer be on the parent's insurance, the new Split Account feature allows you to quickly branch off an individual from an existing multi-person account. This means no more creating the new applicant account from scratch and manually deleting their details from the original. (Currently, this feature is for the Auto LOB only.)
- You can now indicate that an applicant or co-applicant is deceased, along with the date. Out of respect to their loved ones, the deceased will no longer receive automated communication from the system.
