IVANS Resend Policy Transaction Guide (Mgmt System)
Occasionally, a policy may be “missing” from your EZLynx account. Its likely that the original download was unsuccessful for some reason. Below is a link to instructions for requesting a policy transaction resend from IVANS.
If the carrier does not have an IVANS Resend button, request the resend directly from the carrier instead.
