Agency Form Templates – Using Editable PDFs (Mgmt System)

With Agency Form Templates, you can upload a custom merge document, then have unique applicant, policy, agent, and agency data pre-fill each time the form template is used. Examples of an agency form template include a fax cover sheet, customer invoice, and custom insurance application – all of these can include your agency’s logo.

The Agency Form Templates feature supports Microsoft Word Merge documents and Google Merge documents. Editable PDFs are also supported. In order for an agency form to be pre-filled with EZLynx data or to be editable when the information does not exist in EZLynx, it must be in an editable PDF format when uploaded to EZLynx. This guide details how to use PDFescape, a free online software, to create this type of PDF.
