EZLynx has responded to customer retention concerns among insurance agencies with our enhanced Retention Center®. We’ve added an Automated Renewal Quoting feature, which significantly streamlines the remarketing process for at-risk renewals. This innovative tool automatically quotes these at-risk policies with alternate carriers, eliminating up to 15 minutes of effort per renewal. A simple button press initiates the process. Quoting is performed in the background, in real time. Or the entire process can be automated.
By automating this crucial process, EZLynx frees agents to focus on building client relationships and offering personalized advice. The ability to identify customers at risk of non-renewal allows agencies to take proactive steps to retain business. This feature is especially valuable in the current market environment, where rising rates have made renewals more challenging. Quote By Text is a groundbreaking solution that caters to the modern, tech-savvy consumer. This industry-first feature lets insurance shoppers initiate the quoting process through a simple text message. From there, the tool engages in an interactive conversation with the consumer, gathering the necessary information to provide a quote, all through familiar and straightforward text prompts.
For insurance agencies, Quote By Text opens a new channel for attracting potential customers and simplifies the quoting process. It eliminates the need for lengthy phone calls or complicated online forms, meeting consumers where they are most comfortable. This innovative approach streamlines the lead generation process while helping agencies to differentiate themselves in a competitive market. By embracing this technology, agencies can attract a broader range of clients and increase their business volume.
In 2024, we introduced Interactive Personal Lines Quote Proposals as part of our EZLynx Client Center™ customer portal. This feature allows agencies to send interactive proposals directly to insureds, revolutionizing how quotes are presented and enhancing the client experience. Customers can review suggested coverage, accept recommendations, or request changes within the proposal itself.
The interactive nature of these proposals speeds up quoting and empowers clients to actively participate in shaping their coverage. Agencies can include personalized video messages to add a human touch to their recommendations, making the insurance process more engaging and relatable. This feature helps agencies stand out from competitors and accelerates the sales process, potentially leading to faster closings and increased business.
EZLynx Sales Center™ was revamped to provide agencies with a more intuitive and efficient sales management tool. The new interface features drag-and-drop functionality, allowing for easier movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline. The modernized design promotes more focused workflows and will enable producers to customize visible data fields to target their sales efforts better.
A key addition to Sales Center is the new Sales Performance Dashboard, which offers a comprehensive view of sales pipeline health. This dashboard provides insights into crucial metrics such as premium sold by producer, opportunities by source, and largest opportunities.
We also expanded Agency Insights®. The tool automatically generates potential prospects from your agency data, giving you the timely information needed to realize more business from your existing clients. This year, we broadened this feature to include commercial lines in addition to personal lines opportunities. These Sales Center enhancements collectively streamline the sales process, enabling your agency to manage leads more effectively and drive revenue growth more efficiently.
